Introduction

Welcome to the Horoscope+ Monthly and Yearly Membership (“Membership”) at Psychic.co.uk. The Membership is provided by Psychic.co.uk, located at Springfield House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5BG, hereinafter referred to as “Psychic.co.uk,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By subscribing to any Membership plan, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility

To subscribe to the Membership, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into binding contracts. The Membership is not available to individuals who have been suspended or removed from Psychic.co.uk.

There are Five types of Paid Membership plans:

  1. Payment and Billing

3.1 Fees

  • Monthly Subscription: Robin Monthly Plan is £1.99 per month – *Cancel anytime.
  • Monthly Subscription: Feather Monthly Plan is £5.99 per month – *Cancel anytime.
  • Yearly Subscription: Robin Yearly Plan is £19.99 per year.
  • Yearly Subscription: Feather Yearly Plan is £59.99 per year.
  • Angel Yearly Plan is £111.00 per year.

3.2 Billing

The Membership fee will be billed to your selected payment method on the date of subscription and thereafter on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, based on your selection.

3.3 Renewal

Your Membership will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Membership at any time through your account settings. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and will stop recurring billing, but no refunds will be given for partial-month periods. Yearly memberships can be cancelled to stop future billing, but no partial refunds will be given for unused months.

  1. Limitations and Restrictions

5.1 Usage

The Membership services are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

5.2 No Guarantee

Services provided under the Membership are for entertainment purposes only, and we do not guarantee any specific outcomes.

  1. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Membership at our sole discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Psychic.co.uk, or third parties, or for any other reason.

  1. Disclaimer

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  1. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Psychic.co.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
