MAIN ISSUE – THIS IS YOU
Things have become so overwhelming lately you have felt a need to withdraw and look at all of your options. People or situations have just got too much and it is now time to take a breather and re-evaluate your position. By going within and seeing what makes you tick is a good way to check if you are on the right path. Meditation, walks in nature or even journaling your inner feelings will help you find out how to go forward from this point. You may even consider a retreat or a few days away alone. Either way it is time for you to come away from all the bustle of life and have a chat with your higher self. Discover what you truly want in life and find ways to manifest your dreams and desires.
THIS HINDERS YOU/REVERSE
Sometimes in life we really need to just stop everything we are doing and re-evaluate ourselves. The demands of life can take their toll and we find ourselves rushing around every day with no time to check in and see how we are really doing. You are not allowing yourself any time for contemplation. You are not listening to your inner voice to see what will enrich your life or how to discover your life purpose. To ignore your inner most feelings can sometimes lead you to make unwise choices. It is time to give yourself quality time alone and review everything that is going on. This time will give you the gift of removing situations that no longer serve you and embracing everything that does. Do not ignore your soul calling to you. If you are distancing yourself from someone in a relationship, perhaps it’s now time to reach out and initiate contact.
GOALS AND IDEALS
You are longing to just stop the carousel and jump off for a while. This feeling has been with you for quite some time. It is your higher self nagging at you to take some time out and take stock of your life. You want to be able to spend some time alone or even away from everyone and everything so that you can take a breather and really see how everything is going. Meditation, nature walks and getting away from the hustle and bustle of life is what you are yearning for. To be able to keep a mindful existence whilst taking on the challenges of life is what you are aiming for right now. It is easy to accomplish, you just need to make time for yourself and allow nothing to stand in the way of that. Put your foot down and explain what you need to do with your loved ones, you need this time alone now!
Listen to what your inner voice is telling you. You may be confusing it with a need to run away and isolate! It isn’t that sort of isolation where you withdraw and have no contact with anyone! It is a need to get some quality time with yourself and really listen to what is going on within you. Are you happy? Are you balanced in your work and personal life? Are all of your relationships abundant and healthy? These are all questions that you need to be asking yourself in a quiet and relaxed environment. This need to be alone is your soul telling you to take some time out and just be with yourself. Stand your ground and tell people that you need some time out. Find a way to be in an environment that makes your inner child sing! Discover your higher self in a clearer way and find out how your life can be enhanced with this new connection.
In the past you have had a tendency to isolate yourself from people when things get tough. This isn’t a bad thing but you may have taken it a bit too far where the phone remained unanswered and people were left high and dry. Perhaps you really needed this time out, but it is all about balance. You are very sensitive and when people or situations overwhelm you, your fight or flight mode is very strong. Usually you choose flight. You have a very strong spiritual understanding, so do take time alone to take stock of your life and your life purpose. Perhaps practice this personal time through meditation, walks in nature, spiritual retreats or just a weekend break. Just be mindful to keep the balance healthy by not isolating too much. Manage quality time with yourself as well as spending time with your loved ones using healthy boundaries.
YOUR NEAR FUTURE
You are coming into a space where you are going to have some time out. Everything has become a bit too overwhelming and you need to just stop and take stock of everything. This is well overdue and well needed. Your need to isolate and withdraw from the demands of people and life is coming. Grab precious time with yourself to see how you are getting on. You are going to feel so much better for it! By taking yourself off to somewhere nice, or even regular walks in nature, your head space and mind set will be cleared and recharged ready for the next challenges in life. You will be seeking your life purpose and will be seeing things a lot clearer with a lot more of a positive perspective. Enjoy the delicious seclusion as it will reap so many rewards. You may even seek a spiritual counsellor or take up spiritual development classes.
Deep inside you know when you need some time out from the world and the people in it. There is a spiritual understanding within you that rings a little alarm when you are coming to the end of your tether. You know that your inner alarm bell is about to ring. You need some quality time with yourself to think things through, come to some realisations and distance yourself from people that are draining you. You may be worrying that you are getting too snappy or intolerant of situations quicker than usual. You know that this isn’t the normal you, it is just a cue for you to take some time out for yourself, re-assess your life and recharge those soul batteries. During the recharge, discover your dreams and desires in your solace and start making plans to achieve them.
WHAT/WHO INFLUENCES YOUR SITUATION
You are being shown through synchronicity that certain people and situations need to be assessed in your life. Are they serving you or are they draining you? At the moment I feel that they are taking you to your limits. It is time to politely withdraw from these people in your life and stay at home with a cuppa, a good movie and a whole load of yummy treats! Healthy isolation is what is needed right now. Take yourself away or off to peaceful locations and find out what is really happening within. Analyse what is feeding you in life and what is feeding off of you and plan the changes necessary to bring balance and harmony back into your life. ‘Me’ time is your way forward to happier times.
HOPES AND FEARS
Everything seems to be speeding ahead at a million miles an hour! You hope that you can keep up with this speedy turn of events. Whether this is work, a relationship or a personal project everything is flowing way faster than you thought. You are hoping that your inner ‘you’ is coping well with the change and everything is good in your garden. Your fears are that you may become too overwhelmed with what is happening in your life at the moment. You truly haven’t got time at the moment to smell the roses! With this in mind, you haven’t been checking in with yourself to make sure you are happy with everything. You may have been tossed along these tidal events without anchoring yourself to make sure that you are happy with everything. Make some time to stop and assess everything around you before your fears become a reality.
If you are a busy little bee you are not going to like the energy that you are moving towards, but it is happening for a reason. Events will take place that will call for you to slow down and take everything in. This will be an incident or situation that causes you to withdraw and spend some time with yourself enabling you to make sure everything is rosy in your garden. Taking precious time out with yourself, whether it’s a short break or a walk in nature, will help you to hear your inner voice and make sure all is ok with ‘you’. Taking time to listen to your intuition about people and situations that surround you is so valuable. It enables you to see what you must pursue or what you must let go of. Find comfort in your solace as you drift towards this time of withdrawal, it will serve you well for your future.
