If there was ever a time to trust your intuition and inner voice it is right now. Your negative thoughts and self-belief has created a false reality that you are stuck in this situation. Whether it is an abusive relationship, awful job, bad debt or something that makes you feel trapped, the reality is there is a way out. Do not allow yourself to be the victim. Dig deep and listen to your gut and instinct, not your over busy mind and thoughts. You can get out of this situation if you cut the mind babble and look within for strength and answers. As you change your thought patterns and beliefs to more positive ones, you will change your reality. Accept help from others, acknowledge that you are not powerless and do everything in your power to get out of this situation with a positive mind set.

You are finding yourself in a whole world of pain and misery at the moment! You have managed to put yourself in an intolerable situation and as far as you can see there is no way out. This could be an abusive relationship, an unfulfilling job, uncontrollable debt or any other negative situation that sees you caught between a rock and a hard place. You need to de clutter by removing old habits, old belief systems and recreate yourself as a strong person up for any challenge and a willingness to embrace change for your own happiness. You see yourself as the victim at the moment, stuck in a horrible job, relationship or situation that you have told yourself there is no way out of. You feel doomed if you do and doomed if you don’t. Stop telling yourself that you are stuck and there is no way out! Your thoughts have overwhelmed your inner strength so it’s time to banish these thoughts and tap into your intuition and listen to the truth of the situation rather than cowering back believing that you are too weak or stuck to make change. By implementing positive mind-sets and making changes to get yourself out of this situation will free you form this sense of entrapment. Don’t be shy in asking others to help you get out of this energy that you find yourself in. When you look back after the change you will realise how toxic everything was.

This is particularly so if someone around you is telling you things on a regular basis that are making you feel unworthy or really not good enough. It could even be a job that is demoralising you and making you feel inept and uninspired. Whatever the situation, it has honed your thought processes to thinking nothing but negativity about yourself. You feel caught between a rock and a hard place as you think of the consequences of moving away from this situation. You are damned if you do and feel damned if you don’t. You have to realise that outside sources have made you feel this way which could now have you feeling like a victim. You have been conditioned and now believe what you are being told. It is time to stop this. Listen to your intuition, are you really as bad as they make out? Are you really that weak victim? I don’t think so! So bin the old habits, banish these negative self-belief patterns and find a new stronger you that can get out of this situation as soon as possible.

HOPES AND FEARS

It seems that you feel trapped at the moment and cannot find a way out. Is this the reality of the situation or is it really down to your own perception? You are not really that happy in a job, relationship or predicament that you find yourself in. You desperately hope it will all go away and change will come about. If you do nothing you will find yourself stuck and your circumstances will never change. It is time to take action! Banish those negative thought processes, make a plan for change and let go of old behaviours and habits that leave you in victim mode.
